At HillsVeda, we believe in making high-quality products for our consumers. We also understand that sometimes customers do not like our products, and we may receive them back. We have a refund policy to help in processing refunds and ensure smoothness or satisfaction for either side.
We give money back only for products that:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you get any defective or damaged product, then you are liable for a refund. In this case, an entire amount will be refunded to you.
Wrong Products: In case we deliver any wrong product then you may opt for the refund or replacement which would best suit your interest.
Unopened Products: If you have changed your mind and you don't want to buy the product, you may return the unopened products within 30 days of delivery and, in turn, get a full refund. This is applicable only when the product is unopened with original packaging.
You shall not be able to get a refund if:
Opened Products: Any used or opened product will only be accepted for return and refund unless and until they have no defects or damage.
Perishable Goods:We deliver perishable goods, such as detoxified juice or organic food. These products can only be returned or refunded if they have a defect or are damaged.
Custom Orders: Custom orders do not come under the refund criteria. In case of any defective product, a complete refund will be provided.
To return any product, please follow the following steps:-
Contact Us: You need to mail us your order number, mention the issue in brief, and attach pics of the products that highlight the defect.
Return Authorization: You will get a number called RAN, along with detailed return instructions once you decide to return the order.
Pack and Ship: You have to place the product in its original packing and share with the RAN.
Refund Processing: Your refund will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds are made to the form of payment through which payment was made within 7-10 business days.
Now, if you are returning any order, then there are two types of initiated returns under which you fall. These are as follows:
Customer-Initiated Returns: In case the reason for returning the product is a change of mind for any other reason except defects/damages, then return shipping shall be at your own expense.
Company-Initiated Returns: We will bear the return shipping cost only if the items are received back damaged or defective.
We do a refund within 7-10 business days once we get the returned product. The period may differ depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Before Shipment: In case you plan to cancel the order before the dispatch of the product, you can reach out to our team. We would cancel the product and refund the amount in full.
After Dispatch: In case the order gets dispatched, then you can return it using the process mentioned above.
